Responsibilities

Assist with the design and production of marketing materials for print and digital use
Assist with event related marketing materials (boat shows, dealer meeting, photoshoots)
Create and edit graphics for brochures, advertisements, social media, email campaigns, and web content
Support brand consistency across all visual assets
Prepare files for print production and digital distribution
Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts and campaigns
Assist with basic marketing presentations and internal materials
Help organize and manage design files and assets

Qualification

Adobe Creative CloudDesign principlesMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft PowerPointAnimation softwareVideo editing softwareBoating knowledgeAttention to detailTime management

Required

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Strong understanding of design principles, including: Typography, Visual hierarchy, Layout design, Color theory, Composition
Strong attention to detail
Solid understanding of the differences between print and digital design requirements
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

Preferred

Experience with animation and/or video editing software
Familiarity with boating, marine products, or outdoor recreation
