Business Development Specialist
REVEL SEARCH® is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will learn about the business and insurance products while making outbound calls to set meetings and nurture client relationships.

Responsibilities
Make 50 - 100+ outbound calls per day to set meetings and nurture existing client relationships
Engage with employers to promote and support group insurance enrollment
Build relationships with staffing and other industry clients
Earn recurring commissions on each account - meaning you benefit from renewals and long-term client success
Qualification
Required
Ideal candidate will live in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina or North Carolina
This is an entry-level role
Driven and coachable
Looking to join a team with growth, mentorship and team spirit
Willing to learn the business, insurance products, and client base
Exposure to team meetings, training, and hands-on experience
Ability to make 50 - 100+ outbound calls per day
Engage with employers to promote and support group insurance enrollment
Build relationships with staffing and other industry clients
Ability to earn recurring commissions on each account
Expect about a 90-day ramp up period to get fully licensed and ready to sell
