Content Specialist - HaBITTS | Full Time
Henry Ford Health is seeking a Content Specialist to oversee the planning, organization, creation, and publishing of content for Epic and IT training. This role involves developing content strategies, updating existing content, and collaborating with various departments to create valuable materials for end users.

Qualification
Required
Associates Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is required
3 - 5 years computer related experience, required
Technical Knowledge, which includes, but is not limited to: VBA Coding, Microsoft Image Composer, RGB to HEX Codes, Snag-it, HTML, Camtasia, Captivate
Knowledge of HFHS clinical and operational workflows, as well as policy and procedures are beneficial
Well respected by peers and management and viewed as a trusted resource
Patience, with the ability to adapt to challenging situations and personalities
Outstanding customer service, people, and organizational skills
Constantly looks for ways to improve personal and organizational performance
Ability to maintain a high-level of energy, adaptability, and flexibility necessary for this project
Comfortable in the use of Microsoft Office Suite technology
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
