Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients and AI solution architects to capture and refine AI use case requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with AI solution architects to design the technical solution, ensuring it aligns with business requirements and is feasible to implement
Organize and lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospectives
Oversee testing and quality control processes to ensure the delivered solution meets acceptance criteria
Lead user feedback sessions for each use case iteration to ensure continuous improvement and client satisfaction
Act as the liaison between business and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements
Support engagement leaders and project managers in managing project schedules, identifying and managing issues and risks, allocating resources effectively, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Healthcare Domain
8+ years of experience in iterative solution development in roles such as Program Lead, Solution Architect, Product Owner, Business Analyst, preferably in a consulting or technology-driven environment
8+ years of hands-on experience leading Agile teams
Bachelor's degree
Demonstrated experience and understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to communicate their business applications
Ability to travel at least 25%
Preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
Certification in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) or Project Management
Experience working in a consulting environment or delivering enterprise AI solutions
Graduate degree preferred
