Responsibilities
Gather & translate requirements into technical specs
Build process flows & data flow diagrams
Document business rules, acceptance criteria, and traceability
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, QA, and product
Support testing, defect triage, and validation
Qualification
Required
100% remote. Must work EST hours
Must be able to work on W2 without sponsorship now or in the future
C2C/3rd parties not accepted
5+ years as a BA/Systems Analyst in IT/data environments
Strong understanding of ETL, data warehousing, governance
Skilled with Visio/Lucidchart/BPMN
Excellent communication + analytical skills
Preferred
SQL familiarity + cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) knowledge preferred
