Segment Relationship Manager
Citadel Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Manager to lead business development efforts within their Select Employee Group and Community channels. This role focuses on creating lasting partnerships with organizations to empower their employees as Citadel members and promote financial wellness.

Responsibilities
Drive SEG Growth: Identify and onboard new SEG partners through proactive outreach and relationship-building
Build Relationships: Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned SEGs, ensuring trust and long-term engagement
Deliver Value: Provide tailored financial education, product solutions, and support to SEG employees
Engage in the Field: Conduct regular site visits, host events, and represent Citadel at community functions
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing, lending, and other departments to deliver seamless member experiences
Track Success: Use CRM tools to monitor SEG engagement, membership growth, and campaign effectiveness
Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to all relevant regulations and internal policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years in business development, sales, or relationship management
Strong understanding of credit unions and SEG dynamics
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with a passion for community impact
Integrity, accountability, and resilience under pressure
