Responsibilities
Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing communications to assist with security-related operations within the location
Dispatch security personnel to specific areas as needed based on incidents, alarms, and/or requests for assistance
Maintain accurate logs and records of all dispatch activities and incident reports
Coordinate with on-site teams to support emergency response and site-specific protocols
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal and client site policies
Provide customer service by communicating professionally with staff, visitors, and/or contractors as they enter or exit the location
Assist in implementing security-related procedures tailored to the needs of an aerospace and defense environment
Qualification
Required
A minimum of three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree is required
An armed guard card or license is required
Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Participate in industry-specific security training programs
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Preferred
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred
