Responsibilities

Support the OCM Lead in executing change management strategies and activities for the 3DEXPERIENCE program
Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather stakeholder feedback and assess change readiness
Help develop and deliver communication materials tailored to various user groups
Assist in designing and coordinating training programs, user guides, and working sessions
Track user engagement, adoption progress, and issues related to change resistance
Provide frontline support during go-live and post-go-live stabilization
Maintain change risk logs and escalate issues to the OCM Lead
Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and openness to change
