Responsibilities
They will manage programs that span multiple depts and teams, driving data insights group programs, analytics type work like dashboards or implementations, facilitating team meetings with backlog refinement and prioritization discussions
Qualification
Required
7+ years experience as an agile program manager in a technical/analytical environment
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification required
Solid understanding of agile software development methodologies, with demonstrated success driving those teams to higher levels of productivity and efficiency
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and implement ideas in a fast-paced creative environment
Experience working as part of a larger Program Management Office to deliver complex solutions, working through an agile process to call out issues, remove impediments, and manage risk
Experience managing competing priorities, negotiating compromises, and interfacing between a technical team and business partners, sometimes across multiple time zones
Comfortable with making decisions that are thoughtful with limited data and lots of ambiguity
Preferred
Entertainment experience is nice to have, but we care more about overall experience in program management
Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSP, or SA are recommended
