Responsibilities
Design and develop industrial automation control hardware from concept through release
Own sub-circuits and board-level designs, including bring-up and verification
Debug and troubleshoot prototypes using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and debuggers
Partner closely with firmware, systems, and test teams in an agile environment
Create design documentation and test reports that support compliance and production
Contribute to test automation, simulation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
Experience reading schematics and working with circuit theory
Hands-on background with microprocessors, digital logic, analog and/or power circuits
Comfort working in the lab with hardware test equipment
Preferred
Programming experience in Python and/or C++ for automation or test is a big plus
Exposure to Agile hardware development, safety standards, or EMC is a bonus
