Responsibilities
Perform full integration and commissioning of Nokia & Ericsson sites (CRAN, MCA, NSB, Mods)
Execute carrier aggregation and multi-carrier integrations
Perform external alarm testing, NEA testing, and troubleshoot site hardware/software
Validate installation quality and verify site configuration
Work with market teams, turf vendors, and field crews for successful site on-air readiness
Resolve integration issues promptly and escalate when required
Maintain high-quality documentation, photos, test results, and reporting
Follow strict safety and compliance guidelines with required certifications on hand
Travel between assigned markets as required
Qualification
Required
Candidate must be willing to cover the entire market
Vehicle required: Pickup truck, SUV, or AWD/4x4
Excellent attitude, able to work long hours, and follow directions
Knowledge of AT&T and T-Mobile SOW for CRAN, MCA, and NSBs
Must have hands-on experience with both Nokia and Ericsson equipment

Field Engineers must provide and maintain: Basic hand tools & power tools, Hard hat, safety vest, safety boots, safety glasses, Vehicle, gas, and hotel (reimbursable per policy), Printed copies of legal documents & certifications
Mandatory Certifications (Carry On-Site): OSHA-10 minimum (must provide certificate + front/back of OSHA card), Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP), Cold Stress, CPR / First Aid, Hazard Communications (Hazcom), Heat Stress, Ladder Safety, Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), RF Awareness
Benefits
