Use of department’s case management systems and standard office software
Qualification
Required
Ability to speak and understand English
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Professional Administrative Office Experience (2 Years)
Microsoft office Excel, Word and Outlook (2 Years)
Excellent Data Entry skills
Experience reviewing referrals, complaints and reports (6 Months)
Experience processing financial documents (6 Months)
Experience using case management systems (6 Months)
Preferred
Experience using DBPR Versa Regulations
Familiarity with Versa Regulation
