Responsibilities
Pick bottles and cases and prepare for shipment to fulfill the mission. Assist in Specials when assigned
Unload, check-in, receive, and put away truckloads of product, including listed, specials, and seasonal/One-time Buy
Report any safety issues that come up during the shift and report the issue to the Supervisor and/or Manager
Train employees on the proper use of material handling equipment and replenishment
Fill out breakage slips and time-off requests correctly
Conduct regular and/or spot-check inventories of merchandise, supplies, or equipment
Maintains accurate records and logs
Delivers items that are either stored in a secure warehouse or received by the warehouse
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of progressive work experience (typically in Purchasing or Inventory)
Knowledge of warehouse procedures and techniques, including sorting and stacking
Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local policies and regulations
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a sustained rate regularly
Preferred
Associate's Degree (typically in Finance)
No prior experience required
