Responsibilities

Define and design Windchill architecture, object models, relationships, and content structures

Architect and drive complex PLM data migration programs using Windchill Bulk Migrator

Lead end-to-end execution of data extraction, transformation, loading, and validation

Ensure correct configuration of WBM extractors, loaders, mapping rules, and error handling

Oversee large-volume data handling and performance optimization

Govern pre-migration validation, post-load verification, and cross-system reconciliation

Ensure data integrity, solution quality, and alignment with customer requirements

Provide execution oversight and technical leadership throughout the migration lifecycle

Required

Strong expertise in PTC Windchill architecture and data models

Hands-on experience with Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM)

Experience leading end-to-end PLM data migration programs

Strong understanding of Windchill objects, relationships, and content structures

Experience working with WTParts, CAD and Non-CAD data, BOMs, and Change Objects

Experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases

Experience in XML handling and transformation scripting

Experience designing and optimizing staging database schemas

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work closely with cross-functional and customer-facing teams
