Responsibilities
Complete and oversee work orders and apartment turns
Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and carpentry
Lead preventive maintenance programs
Supervise, train, and support maintenance staff
Maintain grounds and assist with snow removal
Partner with the Property Manager on budgets and projects
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards
Qualification
Required
4+ years of apartment or general maintenance experience
Strong technical skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
Prior supervisory experience required
Ability to step in quickly and lead with confidence
Preferred
EPA certification preferred
Boiler and CPO certifications a plus
