Responsibilities
Meet with residential and commercial clients in person
Assess tree conditions and make expert recommendations
Present estimates and proposals for services (pruning, removal, etc.)
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Maintain accurate notes and activity in CRM software
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
Stay current on best practices in arboriculture and tree care
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (any industry)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Self-motivated and results-driven
Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office
Preferred
Interest in arboriculture, landscaping, or tree care is a plus
