Mid LevelGeorgia Family Connection Partnership is seeking a Research and Evaluation Consultant to join their Evaluation and Results Accountability Team. The role involves providing technical assistance and training to county collaboratives across Georgia, focusing on evaluation capacity and data management.

Responsibilities
Provide TA and/or training to Georgia Family Connection Network collaboratives in the following core areas:
Community assessment
Logic modeling
Compile, use and interpretation of data
Strengthening and sustaining strategies
Data collection and evaluation
Plan and report submission
Plan implementation
Accountability, and
Building evaluation capacity
Participate in the review and/or revision process of plans and reports submitted by collaboratives
Conduct timely communication with collaborative representatives, GaFCP staff, and ERA Team members
Co-develop and/or participate in organizational trainings and development opportunities
Participate in the development of TA/training tools and report requirements
Conduct research and provide support for organizational needs
Develop and deliver evaluation support for special projects, and
Participate in GaFCP special projects and workgroups
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to share responsibilities and work with team members
Evaluation system design
Data collection design
Data management
Data analysis
Report writing
Use of software including but not limited to SPSS or other data analysis software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional suite
Regular attendance in ERA Team meetings
Travel within the state
