Responsibilities
Write persuasive and compelling content that highlights Sweep’s value proposition
Ensure proposals comply with specifications, industry standards, and brand guidelines
Edit and proofread proposals to ensure clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy
Organize and lead bid-related meetings to ensure all contributors are aligned on timelines and deliverables
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather critical information for bids
Integrate input from multiple sources into a cohesive and professional proposal
Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all bids are completed on time
Serve as our in-house French expert for bid content and resources
Develop and maintain French translations of our English database and other bid resources
Support with the building of new materials for product developments or new customer requirements
Help track product feedback and trends from prospect and customer requests
Qualification
Required
1-2 years experience in a similar or transferable role
Exceptional writing and communication skills
Strong project and time management skills
Effective collaboration and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure managing multiple deadlines
Experience working closely with multi-disciplinary teams
Preferred
Experience with Loopio or other RFP tools is a plus
Familiarity with RFPs and buying processes is a plus
Experience in B2B software-as-a-service is a plus
Work or educational background in sustainability is a plus
