Responsibilities
Build a deep understanding of our users and their behaviour to design user-centric experiences for our web and mobile platforms and influence feature direction for the product
Engage with internal stakeholders and support teams to lead and iterate on solutions
Collaborate closely with the design team, product managers, and engineers to solve complex problems and create meaningful and intuitive design solutions
Effectively communicate and drive consensus for design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences
Contribute to our design system to ensure a consistent user experience across all PriceLabs products
Work closely with development teams to drive technical feasibility to translate your designs from Figma to pixel-perfect UI
Qualification
Required
5-8 years of experience designing user-centric web and mobile interfaces
Strong portfolio showcasing your work samples
Be a strong collaborator with cross-functional teams who thrive in a remote work environment
Owns product experience journey for one or more domains within a product
Passion for solving complex user problems through design with strong attention to detail
Figma wizard! We use Figma as the primary tool for our day-to-day work
Comfort with data and numbers. Basic data visualization skills are needed to create insightful dashboards
Ability to drive clarity and a solution for moderately unclear assignments
Loves to try all things AI, whether it's for UX copy or quick prototypes
