They are seeking a highly motivated Aftersales Project Manager to ensure client satisfaction and manage aftersales projects, building strong client relationships and coordinating service requests.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients in the USA and the Caribbean
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Identify opportunities for upselling services, upgrades, and maintenance programs
Oversee service requests, warranty claims, spare parts orders, and ongoing maintenance needs in collaboration with the Project management group and Myrtha Services
Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client inquiries
Monitor client satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns before they escalate
Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to plan, organize, and manage aftersales projects (service interventions, retrofits, and upgrades)
Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to develop project timelines, coordinate resources, and track deliverables to ensure on-time completion
Manage budgets, reporting, and project documentation

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience in account management, aftersales/service, or project management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency with CRM and project management tools

Preferred

Experience in the construction, reading drawings, manufacturing, or pool industry is a plus
Driver's License
