Responsibilities
Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing communications at the dispatch center, coordinating with on-site personnel and responding to requests in a timely manner
Assist with the documentation and communication of incidents, emergencies, and security-related activities as they arise
Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following location-specific policies and procedures
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as appropriate
Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities and interactions, ensuring information is communicated to the appropriate parties
Support Allied Universal team members and location staff by facilitating smooth information flow and resource deployment during routine operations and/or emergencies
Qualification
Required
A minimum of three years combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree is required
An armed guard card or license is required
Proof of high school diploma or GED is required as per client requirements
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Participate in industry-specific security training programs
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
