2+ years exponsemi is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician - Thin Films at their 200mm manufacturing facility in Gresham, Oregon. The role involves performing preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance on a variety of semiconductor manufacturing tools in a clean room environment.

Responsibilities
Utilize diagnostic equipment to monitor equipment performance, diagnose the root cause, and make reliability improvement recommendations
Dismantle, adjust, and repair equipment in accordance with maintenance specifications and repair manuals
Use schematics, hand tools, electrical gauges, and common test equipment for calibration, diagnosis, and repair of equipment
Drive solutions and guidelines, recommending and writing maintenance procedures and specifications
Perform scheduled tool qualifications
Vendor management and coordination
Opportunity to provide leadership to other technicians by providing training and mentoring
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate/technical degree or currently working towards a degree
High-level attention to detail
Methodical approach to troubleshooting and project management
Good written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivator; ability to work independently under general guidance and direction
Ability to independently learn systems and processes associated with the role
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
You must be able and willing to work Shift C - 7:00 AM - 7:06 AM Thursday, Friday, Saturday e/o Wednesday
Preferred
2+ years of prior technician experience with Thin Films area equipment: AMAT Endura - both PVD/CVD (TxZ), AMAT Centura (HDP and DxZ), AMAT Producer (SACVD), Novellus Concept 2 (Speed, Sequel, and Altus)
MS Excel and Word skills are a plus
