Dairy Sales Manager
gpac is a global leader in the dairy genetics industry, seeking a Sales Manager to join their growing U.S. team. The role involves leading a team of sales representatives, driving sales performance, and building long-term customer relationships in a consultative sales environment.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support a team of 4-5 Sales Reps across the Southwest territory
Drive sales performance and market growth with progressive dairy producers
Work closely with senior leadership to execute regional and national strategies
Build long-term customer relationships in a technically driven, consultative sales environment
Support team development through mentoring, goal setting, and performance management
Qualification
Required
Proven sales success in the dairy industry (genetics, animal health, nutrition, or related)
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a flexible, remote environment
Preferred
Previous sales management experience is a plus, but not required-high-performing individual contributors ready to lead are encouraged to apply
