Responsibilities
Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
Building Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, designing engaging learning activities, and addressing obstacles
Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and outcomes
Personally coaching a small group of students, exemplifying expert mentorship and motivational techniques
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a closely related field
Proven track record of developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives
Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with the ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams
Experience engaging with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Proficiency in analyzing data and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Availability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; or Spotswood, NJ
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
