Responsibilities
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by following site-specific procedures, access requirements, and other security-related protocols at an industrial location
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating site emergency response steps and notifying appropriate contacts
Control access at gates and/or building entrances by verifying identification, managing visitor and contractor entry, and directing traffic flow as needed
Complete required reports such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity documentation, and communicate relevant updates to supervision and/or client contacts
Qualification
Required
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
