Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer (Hybrid)
Luca Talent is a high-impact, greenfield organization seeking a Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer. This role is responsible for ensuring application health, maintaining the integrity of the live environment, and acting as a technical bridge between Customer Success and Product Engineering by triaging complex issues and driving resolutions.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues that standard support cannot resolve
Triage application bugs and service disruptions, coordinating with specialized teams for hotfixes
Drive the "Path to Green" through established deployment pipelines and bug-fix workflows
Communicate root causes and workarounds to both technical stakeholders and client-facing teams
Build the "Knowledge Base" (Runbooks) to empower lower-tier support and reduce repetitive escalations
Qualification
Required
High-level technical expertise in application health and live environment integrity
Ability to triage complex technical issues
Experience in incident orchestration and coordinating with specialized teams
Proficiency in driving resolutions through established deployment pipelines and bug-fix workflows
Strong communication skills for technical translation to stakeholders and client-facing teams
Experience in building knowledge bases and documentation for lower-tier support
Ability to work under pressure and debug unfamiliar code safely
Preferred
Experience in a hybrid work environment
Background in customer success or product engineering
Familiarity with application bugs and service disruptions
Experience in reducing Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR) for software defects
