Responsibilities
Serving as a key contact for parents, students, and staff to deliver timely, clear, and professional communication
Overseeing campus safety systems including entry control, health events, emergency drills, record-keeping, and parent notifications
Managing daily campus operations such as attendance processes, transportation logistics, facility maintenance, and office functions
Assisting with onboarding and orientation of new staff to guarantee operational preparedness from the outset
Administering student devices and campus technology, functioning as the on-site Google Administrator and technical point of contact
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (field of study not specified)
At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or similar operational roles
Comfort with basic technology tasks including device setup, troubleshooting, and account administration
Strong written and verbal communication skills across parents, staff, and vendors
Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be available to work in person in Miami, FL; Piedmont, CA or Palo Alto, CA
