Responsibilities
Develop and sustain API integrations connecting enrollment systems, CRM, SIS, and reporting tools across all campus locations
Architect automation workflows that remove manual data handling and support efficient scaling with each new campus deployment
Deliver training to admissions and registrar personnel on platform capabilities and produce comprehensive documentation to ensure workflow consistency
Offer timely technical support and convert user insights into practical system enhancements
Qualification
Required
3+ years managing CRM or SIS platforms in admissions, enrollment, or registrar environments (e.g., Finalsite, Salesforce, SchoolAdmin, HubSpot, or similar)
Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining API-based integrations or automation workflows
Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills
Experience producing technical documentation and training staff on system usage
Process optimization and troubleshooting skills under pressure in operational environments
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Willingness to work remotely within the United States
