Responsibilities
Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach and lead generation
Partner with the outside sales team to develop and execute strategies for expanding our footprint within target industries
Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying additional fluid system needs and solutions
Conduct professional sales presentations and technical discussions via phone and video
Prepare accurate quotes and follow up on outstanding proposals to move the sales process forward
Research market trends and competitor activity to identify new areas for business development
Document all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions within the CRM system
Act as the primary point of contact for incoming sales inquiries, providing technical product information and pricing
Collaborate with the technical and fabrication teams to ensure customer requirements are met for customized solutions
Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to ensure consistent progress toward new business goals
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B or industrial setting
Strong 'hunter' mentality with a drive to identify and secure new business opportunities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
High level of professional maturity and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Technical aptitude or curiosity, with the ability to learn complex fluid system products and applications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
