Cybersecurity - Partner Growth Manager
Pellera Technologies is seeking a Partner Growth Manager who will be responsible for driving revenue growth and margin expansion through strategic partnerships. This role involves executing go-to-market initiatives, ensuring alignment across various teams, and maximizing partner investments to achieve measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities
Execute Pellera’s partner strategy by driving tight alignment and day-to-day execution across partner and Pellera teams
Serve as the primary operational interface with the partner, including ongoing communication, issue resolution, and escalation management in coordination with internal stakeholders
Evangelize Pellera’s value proposition and align Pellera practices to the partner’s priorities to position Pellera as a preferred growth partner
Operationalize and drive partner-led sales plays, ensuring strong engagement and execution with Pellera sales teams
Own revenue, gross profit, and pipeline visibility, including opportunity tracking and performance against partner programs and promotions
Maximize partner rebates, incentives, and investments to deliver above-market revenue growth and margin performance
Enable Pellera sellers through ongoing awareness and enablement of partner products, programs, and priority sales motions
Ensure consistent execution and alignment across North America regions and relevant partner resources
Define, track, and execute against strategic KPIs, providing regular performance updates and insights
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to review performance, assess joint initiatives, and align on near-term execution priorities
Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure GTM execution and investment alignment
Drive visibility and execution for webinars, joint selling initiatives, and enablement sessions
Collaborate with Marketing to support sales collateral, demand generation, and partner-specific campaigns
Represent the partner internally, communicating performance, category trends, program results, and active initiatives
Work with Pellera practices to drive adoption and consumption programs aligned to partner offerings
Qualification
Required
Strong cross-group collaboration to drive alignment and teamwork within the partners' and Pellera's teams
Must possess ability to articulate Pellera practices to our partners
Strong sales level knowledge of partner offerings, value proposition and solutions
Excellent pipeline development (channel or direct) and management skills, with proven success in delivering go-to-market strategies and results
Excellent communication skills with solid experience in presenting and delivering key messages to internal and external senior executives and other audiences
Ability to manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders
Vendor/Client-oriented, professional services mind-set
C-Level engagement capability
Attendance at relevant industry conferences
Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
Able to work on their own with direction from their line manager
Good analytical skills
8+ years in business development and/or channel sales with a proven track record of success
Preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Technology
