Responsibilities
Manage and respond to the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and professional outreach to prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with meticulous attention to accuracy
Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow visits, and community gatherings, whether on campus or online
Collaborate directly with Lead Guides to arrange student shadow day experiences
Ensure admissions platforms, records, and follow-up tasks remain current and precise
Qualification
Required
Background in education, as a teacher, in admissions, enrollment management, or a related field
2+ years of customer-facing experience in admissions, enrollment, events, or related roles
Strong administrative and organizational skills; you are highly reliable and detail-oriented
High attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate applicant records or CRM data
Comfortable balancing remote work with in-person campus responsibilities
Able to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, mission-driven environment
Authorized to work in the US and able to work in-person in either Austin; TX, San Francisco; CA, Santa Barbara; CA or NYC; NY
