Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or MS Power BI
Create high-performing SQL scripts and stored procedures for data analysis
Collaborate with team members to gather business requirements and provide technical solutions
Participate in project discussions and support project planning and execution activities
Conduct peer-reviews and offer technical guidance to the project team
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project success
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in developing complex business intelligence solutions
Proficient in SQL with a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred
Experience with Medicaid claims and enrollment data analysis
Familiarity with SAP Business Objects or SAS
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Experience in Tableau Server Administration
