Responsibilities
Direct and lead the premier customer service efforts necessary to meet our Division and Group goals
Schedule production to meet customer demand as measured by inventory, months' supply, on-time delivery and production throughput
Coordinate with Production Control personnel to resolve priority scheduling conflicts
Maintain data integrity of MRP parameters for all components scheduled
Increase the team development program within your scope of responsibility
Support the ongoing culture change by providing support to bargaining unit and salaried employees
Manage the Computer system to support the changes necessary to ship products
Improve the measurement systems of all employees and processes in your area of responsibility
Support our ISO, Targets and lean manufacturing initiatives
Qualification
Required
B.S. Degree or 15 years of related manufacturing experience
Ability to productively motivate employees
Experience with manufacturing processes
