Responsibilities
Conduct quality control testing of various construction materials (concrete, soil density, and asphalt density) on construction sites
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Maintains the technical knowledge and professional certifications needed to perform job duties
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
4-6 years of experience working in the construction materials testing field
Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload
Proficiency with standard computer programs, such as Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, internally and externally
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly and 80 lbs. periodically
Applicant must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and proof of insurance
Preferred
A two-year college degree or greater in the civil engineering field
ACI/MCA Concrete Field Testing Technician and Nuclear Safety Certified certifications
