Lead the expansion of an established national firm across Texas
Own and oversee full-lifecycle real estate and capital project delivery in the region
Serve as the primary executive presence for clients, partners, and internal teams
Originate new business while ensuring delivery excellence across complex projects
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing regional team
Partner with firm leadership to align Texas growth with national strategy
Qualification
Required
12+ years of leadership experience in owner's representation, real estate development, capital projects, construction, or professional services
Demonstrated success leading projects from concept through completion
Entrepreneurial leader with the ability to grow a regional platform organically
Strong communicator and people-first leader who values clarity, accountability, and collaboration
Preferred
Deep knowledge of the Texas or Central Texas real estate and institutional market strongly preferred
