Responsibilities
Manage and own the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and professional responses to prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with rigorous attention to accuracy
Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, whether on-site or virtual
Work in close coordination with Lead Guides to arrange student shadow day schedules
Maintain admissions platforms, records, and follow-up tasks with current and accurate information
Qualification
Required
Experience in education, whether as a teacher, in admissions, enrollment management, or a comparable discipline
2+ years of client-facing experience in admissions, enrollment, events, or similar functions
Solid administrative and organizational abilities; you are dependable and meticulous
High degree of attention to detail and background in managing accurate applicant records or CRM information
Comfortable managing a blend of remote work and in-person campus duties
Able to adapt rapidly and succeed in a fast-paced, mission-oriented environment
Authorized to work in the US and available to work on-site in Austin; TX, San Francisco; CA, Santa Barbara; CA or NYC; NY
