Office Admin & Events Support Intern

Manage front desk reception, including greeting visitors and overseeing front door security
Manage the main office phone line, answering calls and routing to the appropriate team members
Check, sort and distribute incoming mail
Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
Order event supplies as needed in support of the events team
Communicate office updates and maintenance needs with employees
Oversee general office maintenance and coordinate with vendors as needed
Provide general administrative support for employees
Other items as needed
