Responsibilities
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with TA leaders and HR stakeholders to align initiatives and share best practices
Project Management: Lead end-to-end process improvement projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate progress, outcomes, and value of initiatives to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs to upskill TA teams to enable positive outcomes
Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
Compliance & Risk Management: Develop and manage internal audit programs to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and policies
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
Manage corrective actions for process breaches
Documentation & Change Control: Maintain robust documentation of processes, policies, and standards to support automation and AI initiatives
Establish and manage change control processes, including approvals and notifications
Data Integrity & Security: Ensure recruitment data security and compliance with global standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required
10+ years in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Quality, or related fields with a proven track record in process improvement and compliance
