Responsibilities

Lead the execution of project deliverables defined in the project charter, ensuring adherence to budget, scope, schedule, and quality standards

Engage and inform key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining effective communication and collaboration

Define, estimate, and schedule project tasks while identifying resource requirements to meet project commitments

Hold team members accountable for delivering on project plans and provide coaching and mentoring as needed

Utilize approved project management methodologies and maintain accurate project artifacts and records

Analyze project performance, create cost-benefit analyses, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success

Facilitate stakeholder communications and progress reports, outlining project status, risks, and action plans

Transition projects into daily business operations effectively upon completion
