New GradBiogen is a mid-sized biotechnology company committed to delivering life-changing medicines. They are seeking an intern to join their Quality Assurance team, focusing on creating Power BI dashboards and supporting quality operations to meet departmental goals.

Responsibilities
Create Power BI dashboards to improve visibility into investigations and batch-related issues
Highlight investigation workflows and batch disposition workflows through dashboard creation
Collaborate with QA Operations personnel to define content, sequence, and timing for quality standard work activities
Identify key quality work activities and barriers to timely completion
Work with site Quality Assurance teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities
Prepare and analyze metrics to ensure Quality departmental goals are achieved
Support the Quality Assurance team with the assessment of Quality metric data
Escalate departures from departmental goals to Quality Management
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Legal authorization to work in the U.S
At least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date
Currently enrolled in an accredited community college, college, university or skills program/apprenticeship
BA/BS degree in progress in a related field
