Responsibilities

Facilitating focused, high-impact reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency
Creating individualized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks
Reviewing student performance data to adjust instructional strategies and extract practical insights
Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI literacy platforms using real classroom outcomes
Building scalable, AI-integrated curriculum content that supports early elementary students in reaching grade-level reading proficiency

Qualification

Master's degree in reading instructionAdvanced reading certificationAI/adaptive learning platformsSmall-group reading interventionsAssessing reading proficiencyDifferentiated lesson plansData-informed instructionCollaboration with engineering teams

Required

Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced reading certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent)
Bachelor's degree
Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
Minimum of 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to K–2 students
Capable of assessing reading proficiency, forming instructional groups, and creating differentiated lesson plans independent of pre-packaged curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to interpret student engagement patterns within them
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship requirements
Able to work on-site at one of our campuses: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
