Supplier Relationship Program Manager

Responsibilities

In coordination with the customer’s procurement and facilities team, project manage multi-year, enterprise-wide sourcing events
Partner with the client to develop expectations for sourcing events run on their behalf and provide governance to ensure suppliers are meeting their standards
Verify baselines and cost savings claimed by suppliers
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality
Create and improve processes based on sourcing best practices
Develop and publish regular reporting on projects in-flight, projected and verified savings, as well as the savings pipeline
Establish and maintain cross-functional relationships across Procurement, Facilities, Business teams, and Supplier contacts

Required

8-10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or contracting
Advanced data analysis skills in Excel, Smartsheet, and/or Business Intelligence tools
Strong project management foundations including requirements gathering, planning, tracking, and reporting
Fluency with process mapping, documenting workflows, and writing Standard Operating Procedures
Manages projects effectively even with high levels of ambiguity, competing priorities, and multiple teams
Ability and willingness to evaluate AI impact to business processes
Maintains a level of curiosity and assists team members with ad hoc tasks
Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
Intermediate skills across MS Office, particularly Outlook and Word
Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship presently or in the future

Preferred

Experience in supplier management, performance measurement, or compliance
Advanced in Business Intelligence tools Tableau and/or Power BI
An understanding of AI impact to Supplier Relationship processes and tools
Experience writing white papers to support business proposals
