Responsibilities
Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with world-class precision
Building Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, designing engaging learning activities, and addressing challenges
Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes
Personally mentoring a small group of students, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable field
Proven track record developing and deploying innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives
Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated success building, managing, and inspiring high-performing teams
Direct experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Skilled in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; or Spotswood, NJ
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
