Regional Vice President Financial Advisor Channel

The Regional VP will drive retirement plan sales growth by partnering with financial advisors and supporting their efforts to win new business through effective relationship management and strategic sales planning.

Responsibilities
Build, grow, and strengthen relationships with financial advisors, leveraging your relationship management expertise to deepen engagement and drive results
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial advisor community
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the retirement plan space and effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective partners
Educate advisors on opportunities for growth in the retirement plan market — including plan design, pricing strategies, and business development approaches
Conduct live demos of the company’s platform and provide an overview of 401GO’s products and services
Clearly articulate 401GO’s competitive advantages and value proposition within the marketplace
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to enhance value for both new and existing advisor relationships
Represent 401GO at sponsorships, conferences, and speaking engagements as needed
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, regulatory developments, and emerging retirement solutions
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence, including tailored go-to-market strategies for each partner segment
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in working with financial advisors and fee based advisors (RIA)
Qualified Retirement plan knowledge
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, be self-driven, and focused on growth while building lasting relationships with a consultative approach
Ability to navigate new systems and learn quickly
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients at the C-suite level and other key decision-makers
Ability to identify operational inefficiencies, manage conflict, and resolve issues that arise within the region
Examples of meeting and exceeding sales targets, measured by the number of plans closed and revenue generated from each deal
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless collaboration and client satisfaction

Financial and/or Retirement designations (AIF, CFP, QKA, CPRC, QKC)
