Responsibilities
Managing a team that designs and develops power systems for RF communications circuits
Developing new power systems for the next generation of infrastructure products
Supporting field issues and end-of-life components related to power supply systems on legacy products
Working closely with other managers, senior management, engineers, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business people, suppliers and internal factories
Qualification
Required
BSEE, minimum
Minimum 5 years of product development experience in the design and development of high reliability switch mode power supplies in the 5 to 1000 watt range and linear regulators from 0.01 to 5 watt range
Background in analog circuit design and simulation tools such as SPICE
Background in PCB layout of embedded power systems
Works effectively with other engineering disciplines
Strong Collaborator with other internal teams
Ability to manage multiple concurrent design projects
Summarizes complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
Good writing and communication skills
Insightful communications skills
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years experience in power circuits/systems engineering
3+ years Engineering management experience
Preferred
MSEE preferred
Background in working with UL, CSA, CEC, and EMC standards desired
