Lead the development and enhancement of products, programs, and services to meet customer needs and financial goals

Design and execute marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to maximize reach and impact

Analyze market research and program performance to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements

Manage vendor relationships, ensuring high performance, quality, and alignment with program objectives

Standardize programs across markets where applicable, ensuring consistency and efficiency
