Responsibilities
Providing daily motivation and mentorship to students through direct, one-on-one and small-group engagement—no traditional lectures, only high-impact coaching
Leveraging adaptive learning technology and AI-driven platforms to enable individualized learning progression
Facilitating small-group sessions that emphasize life skills, leadership development, and practical success frameworks
Supporting students in identifying their unique strengths and setting ambitious goals through tailored growth strategies
Sharing insights, data, and innovative ideas to continuously refine and enhance Alpha's educational approach
Cultivating enthusiasm for learning in elementary and middle school students while enabling them to progress at twice the conventional speed through AI-enhanced education
Qualification
Required
Available to work on-site in Palo Alto, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Miami, FL; Chicago, IL; Santa Barbara, CA
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline
Proven track record of exceptional achievement (examples: top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic-level athletics, national-level competitions, etc.)
3 years of direct experience mentoring, coaching, or teaching K–8 students
Excellent verbal communication and public speaking abilities
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
