Responsibilities
Design AI systems to solve complex workflows: design new-to-industry AI powered workflows designed to tackle complex enterprise workflows
Agentic AI: identify best in class LLM models for the job, and design Agentic AI frameworks that respect our clients' data privacy and security needs
Ownership: take complete ownership of high level business challenges, thinking through complex problems, and presenting your results to the team and broader industry
Delivery: work on a weekly release cadence, run time-boxed experiments, try novel approaches to solving business problems not touched by Machine Learning or Automation
Research: keeping abreast of latest developments in LLM fine-tuning, orchestration and testing
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 7+ years of work experience AI / ML, Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering and / or engineering roles
A minimum of 3+ years with Gen AI (LLMs, AI agents and frameworks)
Prior startup experience is required (0 to 1 launches)
Track record of product launches
Prior experience fine tuning LLMs, building RAGs, LLM orchestration, agentic workflows, addressing resourcing and performance issues, reasoning and observability
Prior experience working with tools and frameworks like vector dbs, Langchain and Langraph
Preferred
Track record of working in enterprise FinTech, preferably in an AI / ML role
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (BSc/MSc)
Hands-on experience with new product creation, ideally within startups
Domain expertise in financial services, wealth and investment management
