Responsibilities
Define and develop business strategy roadmaps for analytical use cases implementation, aligning with client priorities and long-term strategic goals
Supervision of analytical model results, development of insights, and recommendations for improving the client's strategy and business
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-value use cases and design actionable plans to deliver impact at scale
Evaluate and recommend data providers, technological solutions, and advanced tools tailored to client needs, ensuring scalability and efficiency
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
Lead small project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherences to timelines
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and resources effectively
Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development
Qualification
Required
5+ years of proven experience in business consulting, data strategy, or a related field
Strong knowledge of CPG industry challenges, key business processes, and industry specific uses cases
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects effectively
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leaders
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business strategies and needs into actionable data insights
