This commission-only role targets high-ticket sales in the U.S. Roofing and Home Services market, focusing on closing deals ranging from $5,000 to $10,000+ with a proven marketing engine.

Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Closing: Own the process from discovery to payment collection
Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed CRM records and follow up with precision
Market Expertise: Speak authoritatively with roofing contractors and home service founders
Volume (Optional): While inbound calls are provided, proactive self-sourcing is encouraged for those wanting to maximize their earnings
Qualification
Required
Documented success closing deals at $3k+ price points
Available Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm EST (minimum 4–6 hours per day)
Exceptional English and the 'blue-collar' rapport necessary to win over contractors
Must be able to provide 1–2 call recordings or a short Loom presentation
Competitive, reliable, and zero-excuse mentality
